I started my business in 2020 and was wondering how I was going to manage to find the clients I want, in a global pandemic.
I was looking for visionary leaders, I was looking for preadolescent and adolescent children to work with, in order to get the strengths training in their hands sooner rather than later.
Value and price are two very different things, I’ve known this about money but it got reinforced in this recent project that I completed with Mahad al Zahra Houston. They invested in self development and empowering their students to become better, more confident versions of themselves. A lot of leaders with huge budgets do not have this kind of wisdom and foresight.
Since strengths training is a mindset shift it is a top down coaching approach.
I got to train the faculty in their strengths profiles and then I got to test the children ages above 14 and below 14 in two different testing modalities that Gallup’s CliftonStrengths provides.
I got to tell the kids how uniquely powerful they are and how they should be celebrating their natural potential in a very practical applicable way.
I want to celebrate my first full migration of a campus into a strengths based program with you all.
